"Bihotz Blüte" is an audio-visual, plastic and photographic piece that was born from the intimate perception of the body in a completely new environment, with a spontaneous inner urge to blossom and the desire to free myself from old fears, dogmas and ideas.

 

I am a foreigner and I live in Munich. Here I make my home and continue to build myself as an artist. I have a drastically different reality from my previous realities and have met other women from different countries and cultures, with their own questions and stories. Some seek, some flee, some accompany, some sow, some come, some go. Each one has her own idea of destiny, of the sum of the events that have brought us here, between the coincidences, the dreams, the difficulties and all the probabilities.

With "Bihotz Blüte", which means "the blossoming heart", I try to reconstruct it all, from fragments of each of the women I have been able to listen to, to contemplate and to take photographs of. I have invited some of these women to imagine and write down what they would say to "themselves" between childhood and adolescence in their mother tongue. I will film them as they do so and I am collecting white pieces of the women's clothing to create a sculpture on which the audiovisual piece will be projected.
